Dodgers/Brewers Blockbuster

Dodgers trade:

Joey Votto 31.5m  2018 (27.5m paid)

Brewers trade:

Brandon Drury 480k ARB 2021
Shelby Miller 4.7m 2018
Bruce Rondon 850k ARB 2019
Jo Adell
Alex Speas
2nd round pick from :PHI:
4th round pick from :HOU:
4th round pick 2019 :MIL:

Brewers continue to try and go all in this year by bringing in Votto! Resign value will be high but with the package I am giving I intend to lock him up a few more years. Hate to move Adell as he already looks like he will be a true 5 tool guy and could be scary in a few years with Trout. Drury is also someone I believe will eventually put it together and on a great contract and overall this deal gives LA a lot of needed upside for the rebuild.

To go along with the running theme of an LA rebuild, I move the slugger Votto for Adell, who is the centerpiece here. I also gain a few draft picks, and hang some hope on Drury getting a chance elsewhere at some point. Add in Miller who should be returning next month. Los Angeles Accepts.

I need you all to clarify this fourth round pick from :LAD:.  The Brewers don't own that pick.

The idea is you build your team with a salary of XXX and then every 2-3 seasons you have decisions to make. Field a 26 man roster, control your own pitching rotation, pen, lineup & bench like the true MLB. Draft every season where there's a lot of turnover. Interesting for sure.
