Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. The member will be removed from the league at the discretion of the Commissioner’s Office.

Any conduct deemed unethical will be reviewed by the Commissioner’s Office. If the situation warrants it, the member committing the act in question will be banned from the League.

All GM’s are to respond to trade offers in a timely manner and participate in League discussions. 

If there is a situation in which you will be away from computer access for a significant period of time, any period of more than a week's time please notify the league or the Commish directly.  If a manager is found to be inactive and unresponsive to messages he risks losing his spot in the league.  The Commish once made aware of such type of inactivity will send a message to the respective owner to determine proof of life.  If there is no response to the proof of life message after a week's time, your spot in the league may be replaced at any time thereafter without notice.
