RESIGN VALUE AAV
Player Contracts that are resigned will start the following season from 1yr extensions up to term limit extensions.
Extension values are based on the highest ranking of the last season with accrued statistics including the current season.
ONCE ANY NEW SEASON BEGINS FROM WEEK 1, A PLAYERS RESIGN IS THE HIGHEST RANKING INCLUDING CURRENT SEASON OR LAST SEASON.
Only contracts in the last year are eligible to be extended. Contracts that expire have no off-season grace period. Expired contracts become Unrestricted FA.
*The deadline to resign expiring contracts is the end of the actual NFL Regular Season. The final whistle of the final game.

@Vegeta100 See per year costs for every player. Who do you still want to sign and for how many years? Total bill would be $118m

Per year resign costs:

QB Aaron Rodgers 12th QB (2022) $30m/yr
RB Cam Akers 36th RB (2022) $2m/yr
WR Jalen Camp < 129th WR (2023) $0.5m/yr
WR Tylan Wallace <129th WR (2023) $0.5m/yr
DE Arden Key 105th LB (2022) $6m/yr
DE Kevin Strong 24th DE (2023) $8m/yr
DE Marquis Hayes 76th LB (2022) $8m/yr
DE Patrick Jones 111th LB (2022) $6m/yr
LB Josh Bynes 157th LB (2022) $2m/yr
S Jeremy Reaves 116th S (2023) $1m/yr
S Geno Stone 2nd S (2023) $19m/yr
S Kvon Wallace 37th S (2023) $7m/yr
S Ljarius Sneed 1st S (2022) $20m/yr
K Graham Gano 10th K (2022) $5m/yr
P Braden Mann 6th P (2022) $3m/yr

LB Justin Ellis is NOT on your fantrax roster and should be removed from the SS ( @dbreer23  )

He is showing the highest ranked season of the two in parentheses. You can do that once youve gotten to be an expert. We have guys list both years because they need to know what they are doing.

You cannot financially plan if you dont know guys values. Values have to be manually looked up by the GM. Each moderator knows how and posts correctly. Not every gm knows how to do this. Its a bad disadvantage. Thats why new gms post both years individually to be sure they get it.

Jwalkerjr88 post is accurate and legal.

@Vegeta100 whats your specific question. See below costs per year on your original list. Ill look up the rankings of the guys you added. You can sign Aaron Rodgers for 1 or 2 years but it will be at the per year price below. Ill check on the LB thats missing on the SS and add the costs for the other guys

Per year resign costs:

QB Aaron Rodgers 12th QB (2022) $30m/yr
RB Cam Akers 36th RB (2022) $2m/yr
DE Arden Key 105th LB (2022) $6m/yr
DE Kevin Strong 24th DE (2023) $8m/yr
DE Marquis Hayes 76th LB (2022) $8m/yr
DE Patrick Jones 111th LB (2022) $6m/yr
S Geno Stone 2nd safety (2023) $19m/yr
S Kvon Wallace 37th Safety (2023) $7m/yr
S Ljarius Sneed 1st Safety (2022) $20m/yr
:iatp:
@Vegeta100 please post the length of each contract extension listed here.
If no post within a reasonable amount of time we will give each the maximum extension including Rodgers.

To be clear you can specify the length as is written in the handbook between 1 & 5 years respectively.

  • dbreer23: Take two to tango, though. Most owners with adequate or surplus SP aren't interested in prospects as they're trying to win now.

  • Daddy: Also agreed. Top quality pitching probably means not much depth. A few injuries can challenge you. Pitching other than top end pitching has been devalued in fantasy. Everyone wants the stud.
