x- $7M Paid on Miller in 2019

Reds Receive:
3B Kelvin Gutierrez (PC w/ 5yr ARB)
P Brent Martin (PC)
OF Oscar Gonzalez (PC)

Cubs agree to this deal.  We believe Miller is better than what we saw last season.  While it was tough to give up Oscar Gonzalez and his robust power potential, Miller will help us compete this season.  Martin is a farm arm who I didn't hold a bunch of confidence on, and Gutierrez, while talented, I actually demoted in order to save service time.  Reds to confirm.

Reds agree another move in excited about. I wasn't planning on resigning miller and like my previous trade I don't need the cap from miller contract I already have 77m and I'm looking at the future more than anything my minors need to be rebuilt and all 3 players will do that. I'm a big fan of my of from Indians Gonzalez. I think this kid will be a starting of from my Indians in near future. In also a big fan of Gutierrez I deal he can be a great player in the future.
