Agreed. Contracts paid on is circumventing the salary cap.

Money exchanged in trade is planned to discuss this off season. Im not completely sure which direction to take it but im thinking either a cap on the amount that can be paid on a players contract or a specific amount of salary that can be on your roster that?s paid for by other teams each year.
