Will we for sure be doing a rookie draft? Or would the team we take have their rookies on it?

Rookie draft is a lock. I will have the updated list of picks as I am sticking to the original rule Willy and I agreed upon where picks belong to original teams regardless if they were traded in real life.

Based on early feedback, there seems to be no objections and plenty of support for the top 3 approach to picking teams so this is what we will stick with unless someone strongly opposes. I've gotten plenty of lists already but lease feel free to send your list anytime- I think cut off will be next fri the 27th! That way I can hopefully create the spreadsheets during the weekend and also do a quick draft for anyone left who did not get assigned a team based on method.

Just so everyone is clear- All teams are eligible for the top 3 process, removing top 4 teams was only if we did a regular random draft.

I also have no objections to removing IR, so again unless someone gives me a strong reason not to do so I will remove it when I do the final rule update (I am away from tomorrow night to early Sun but goal is still to finalize by Sun night).

1 last question for everyone- for inhering of current contracts do we want to do varied yearly contracts or make it the average for the total years reaming. If you look at the example buyout I used James Johnson

14,651,70, $15,349,400, $16,047,100 (2020-2021)

Option 1- round to nearest 100k and keep salary varied 14.7m, 15.3m and 16m

Option 2- take the total (46m) and then average it out which would be 15.3m each year

I am open to either option but right now leaning on option 2
