markpion flaking out was a blessing in disguised since I managed to convince an awesome fantasy player in Mr.TradeKing to take the reins in Buffalo. Hockey isn't Aubrey's #1 sport, he's a baseball guy but he's a quick learner, a great guy and a longtime ProFSL member, one of my favorites on the site. Please join me in welcoming Aubrey to the league!

Welcome and good luck!

Thanks for the very kind words, Rob. I have the utmost respect for you as well and I have enjoyed competing against you in the past. As Rob eluded to, this will be my first stab at fantasy hockey. I've followed the Caps for awhile now, but have only really followed the NHL this season and even that wasn't exactly thorough. In short, this will be a learning experience for me, but I am a quick learner and I don't like losing (so I have that working for me). I will definitely be investing some time in the near future learning about hockey and fantasy hockey as I do not plan on handing out the W's. With that being said, I will take the proper time to evaluate any serious offers, so please bear with me with that. Now let's get ready for a fun offseason and upcoming season. :toast:

Good luck sir. My two cents advice would be to make Fantrax your best friend and just peruse what players earn you in fantasy points. Perception of real life performance doesn't always translate to good or bad fantasy performance. Especially true of goalies in our league.
