Need to know how these players work

I demoted all of the following players last season:

These are under contract, so I keep them and they still count toward payroll, correct?
Logan Darnell
Jesse Crain

These are still arbitration eligible.  I also get to keep these guys correct?  Do they get arbitration raises and do they still count against the payroll?
Eric Surkamp (did not play in the majors last season, so he did not get a MLB contract)
Jarrett Parker (440,000 if he gets a raise)

Just for the record, I would like to keep all of these players.
