Royals Receive

MI Escobar, Yunel, $8m (2015)
- Red Sox pay $5.5m in 2013
MI Fontana, Nolan, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Red Sox Receive

OF Crisp, Coco, $3m (2013)


Royals need a MI for next year and the future. This trade covers both of those points. I was not sure if I was going to resign Crisp so this works out well for me.

Red Sox agree looking to shed some salary to resign player or 2 that fit in future. Crisp is fill for escobar and posible resign for future

Escobar has 2.5 mil covered from previous trade so money should read 3 mil covered by boston technically in 2013
