Current contract is CI Freese, David, $0.5m (P-2013). He is the #54 ranked CI in 2013 and was the #18 ranked CI in 2012.

#18 CI = $11.5m

$11.5 x 0.60 = 6.9

New contract would be CI Freese, David, $7m (2018) I believe.
