Royals Give

SP Crick, Kyle, $0.5m (P-n/a) (EDR)
CI Head, Miles, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Dodgers Give

C Montero, Miguel, $6m (2014)
x Pay $5.5m in 2013

I do this deal to allow me to move Santana to the CI position and have Moustakas at the UT for the time being. I like Crick and head is at a more advanced level but I needed a C. Thanks for the talks!

Dodgers accept.
It wasn't easy to move Montero but Scouting Book rates Crick as the Giants top prospect. I really wanted players a little further along but I couldn't pass this up. Head gives me another higher level CI for the future. Something that was sorely needed.
