Title: Pirates/Twins deal
Post by: Colby on May 21, 2013, 12:36:02 PM

:PIT: receives
CI Wallace, Brett, $0.5m (P-2013)
OF Wheeler, Tim, $0.5m (P-n/a)

:MIN: receives
CI Chavez, Eric, $1.5m (2013)

Pittsburgh gets a cheap replacement at CI for Chavez with a player who could contribute in the future.  In addition, we bring a prospect we have liked for some time with Wheeler.

Easy trading 28...

Wallace I wouldn't resign and Wheeler hasn't been doing good. I get a hot CI to help get some wins.
