Phillies confirm.

I give up three good looking specs to boost my rotation. With Halladay in question and Lannan hurt I badly needed a good pitcher. I'm trying to take advantage of a weak NL East this year and anything can happen in the playoffs. It was worth giving up the young talent to take a shot this year. I think this is a great deal for both teams as it fits needs for both of us.
