Using the prospect extension clause.

Last year finished 57th, this year currently 53rd at CI.  These both have a sub $4.0M annual salary, so the minimum for a prospect extension kicks in.  Currently on a P-2014, starting next year should become $4.0m through 2018.

 :iatp:     #31 CI in 2011 but $4m (2018) is still correct.
