Blue Jays are over the salary limit unless there are more corrections needed to be made to the PROFSL roster.

error in roster: tyler greene was on a prospect contract when he was dropped, so there should be no cap hit on roster.

drop avilan for other 0.5m

promote derek dietrich

drop matt clark

position eligibility:

plouffe  CI  26 games this season

guzman one game short of CI (should I wait for him to play next game to announce it?)19 last season and 5 this season.

parmelee OF 24 games this season and 18 last season

Guzman is not close to CI elegibilty.  He needs EITHER 25 games in 2012 OR 25 games in 2013 to qualify.

Rule clearly says 'and'. If that is not the intended meaning it should be changed to 'or'.

'The rule is 25 GP and 20 IP (half of the eligibility for the MLB clock on prospect contracts) for the past and current season.'

The correct interpretation would be 25 GP between both years, the way it is currently written.

It has always been 25 GP or 20 IP in a single season.  Roy or Colby will need to change the wording in the rules setion.
