RW buy out @ 40% (instead of standard 66.66%) because he's playing in the KHL...
you can use the Amnesty Buy Out on someone else.

2 options:

2yr buy out... Alexander Radulov, $1.1m (2013-2014)
1yr buy out... Alexander Radulov, $2.2m (2012-2013)
