Title: NEWS FLASH: Colorado sold to Eric!
Post by: PigsRule on March 28, 2013, 04:21:00 PM

FNHL welcomes it's newest owner + long-time Profsl staffer + Multi-sport guy, Eric (http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=853). He's committed to a 1-yr term as the new owner/GM of the :COL-NHL: Colorado Avalanche (http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8347.0) ... a natural fit! :iatp:

Colorado is in the midst of it's first play-off run in 2 yrs (or is it 3) and will now be led by "Mr. Multi-Sport" himself. Challenges facing this new owner include:

• Keeping his Avs in the play-offs as long as possible.
• Dealing with contract extensions
• Determining how best to spend his 5.0m in available cap this off-season.
• Getting up to speed quickly on how we do things on Profsl and specifically Franchise NHL!

* get familiar with the league deadlines (http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8273.0) AND Rules (http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?board=367.0)
* start looking for trade partners and post your trades as of April 28th 0h01 ET following the FNHL Play-offs
* to search for Minor Roster (MiLR) players use the Profsl.com SEARCH tool (http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?action=search) + check off "Franchise NHL: Official Rosters" to target your search.

Welcome to the FNHL family, Eric!  :toast:
