After receiving several good offers for Morrow, Miami decided to accept this deal. I love the potential of all of the prospects.  Losing Morrow will hurt my pitching depth but needed to cut payroll.  The $4M will put the marlins under the cap before opening day. This deal also helps solidify the organizational depth and Morrow would be hitting the FA market at the end of the year as well.

:KC: accepts. We are going for a world series this year, and Morrow should really help with the depth at SP. I hate doing a 4 for 1 for a year for one guy, but I'm giving up very young prospects that are a far away from the majors.
