Title: Cincinnati Reds roster move.

Red add:

Rex Brothers to the Active 25 man roster from the minors and sign him to the MLB minumum contract of $.400m.

I believe according to the league Constitution that he has a year of service time, so maybe it should be adjusted to $.440m?

I already had him on the 40 man roster previously, from an earlier add to the MLB roster. He does not have any service time in AFB, so he starts at $400k in 2013.
