Title: COL-HOU Trade
Post by: COLRockies on March 07, 2013, 08:04:17 AM

Astros acquire prospects Zach Eflin, Tim Wheeler, Jake Thompson and Josh Hader
Rockies acquire C Jason Castro

I needed a starting catcher and traded some prospects out of the Top 100 for him.

:HOU: agrees to this deal as we were surprised to get a couple FA catchers and could use some nice specs to replenish our system.

Once processed.

Please place at the following levels:

Jake Thompson - Greeneville Astros (Rookie)
Zach Eflin - Greeneville Astros (Rookie)
Josh Hader - GCL Astros
Tim Wheeler - Lexington Legends (A)
