Are there any changes to the 48hr window for winning bids after the deadline? I just don't want to get screwed with shorter bidding and what not.

no difference before or after the deadline. teams just can't open new free agent bidding threads after the deadline. however, bids that are already open remain so until 48hrs have elapsed from the time of the last bid on the player.
