Antero Niittymaki, $0.8m (2012-2013)
Buy out cost is 40% since he's playing in Finland with HC TPS 0.3m for this year only.

He looks like he's finished in the NHL.

If the buy out for non-NHL players isn't available then just give me the standard buy out rate which would then cost me 0.5m for this year.

Antero qualifies for the new 40% non-NHL affiliated league buy out that was intro'ed to start this season.
