Illegal bid... player must have been drafted by an MLB team or played in a MiLB/MLB game in order to qualify for FGM free agency.  I'll keep this one here for a while so others are aware of this rule...

Not in this case. If he was unsigned because they couldnt reach an agreement then yes. But in the case of medical reasons for not being drafted the player becomes a fa on sept 1st and the team is still awarded there compensation pick next year

We don't have a ruling, and I don't intend to create one because this is a rare issue, so he cannot be bid on until he is picked up by a real-life team.
