Cardinals trade to the Mets

2nd, 4th, 5th & 7th round picks

Josh Thole C 3rd yr 2013, arb 2014, arb 2015, arb 2016
Mike Carp 1st/OF 3rd yr 2013, arb 2014, arb 2015, arb 2016

The Cardinals are making this trade to fill some holes.  This also allows us to move in a different direction in Free Agency so as to better fill in other gaps in the roster.

Thanks to the Mets for the easy negotiations.

Accept.  Still looking to beef up the farm, and this looked like an opportunity.  While I'd rather be moving up in the standings, just getting out of the middle is good enough for me

Not to be a dick, but I'd also appreciate a quick turnaround on the voting for this considering one of the picks I'm dealing for is in the hole.  I'd prefer not to have it skipped, and I know others would appreciate not having to wait the full time and keep the draft moving.

I am assuming that the trade has gone through since we have 2 approvals and 0 veto's and it was 10 days ago so the time limit has past.

This would send the Cardinals 2nd round pick Lewis Brinson OF, 4th, 5th and 7th round picks to the mets. 

Could we get the draft board updated so the mets will be responsible for those picks?
