SP Lowe, Derek, Cash from ATL for 2010, $-14m in 2010

What happens since the cap hit is only 11.5mil and I am paying Lowe 14mil?

Net cap hit = Max(0, Cap hit - Cash)

You could buyout and then subtract the cash
