The Nationals and Tigers have agreed to the following:

Nationals receive:
P Fister, Doug, $0.5m (P-2013)


Tigers receive:
SP Heckathorn, Kyle, $0.5m (P-n/a)
P Suppan, Jeff, $2m (2010)
X - WAS to pay $1.5m in 2010

I'm hoping Fister sticks around in the Mariners rotation.  I lose a quality pitching spec in Heckathorn, and Suppan might do good things come September, but I'll take my chances with Fister.  Tigers to confirm, thanks Jeff.

i agree i get another prospect and suppan to fill this year and inexpensive to sign next year if he gets option picked up by cards
