I don't think you can bid on him, since you bid on him on the 21st and canceled the bid. Which technically isn't allowed, so more or less you one him and didn't sign him. This all came up with Chris Withrow. Once you bid on someone, you are on the hook for that bid, unless someone bails you out. In the Withrow case, the Yankees stepped in. So you have to wait 30 days to attempt to resign him.
