We would like to buyout Vincent Lecavalier, $7.7m (2017-2018) * .66 = 5.082 (i am assuming this is rounded up to 5.1 m (2017 - 2018)

7.7m x 0.6666 = 5.13282 ... so yes we will round down for buy outs (round up on FA contracts, extensions and entry level contracts... all balances out in the end)
