Title: PROPOSED: New EC Activity - Bi-Monthly Power Rankings

looking for an New Executive Committee :EC: member to produce Franchise NHL's bi-monthly Power Rankings... dress it up, talk some trash for the weaker underperforming teams and scrutinize how well the teams in the front of the pack are really doing.

... it can also be a group of GMs that rotate responsibility in producing the PR report.

Who's up for the fun of talking up the league + critiquing their fellow GMs???

NOTE: ideally someone who's not already saddled with EC responsibilities.
