$0.5m bids have a one year contract limit in FGM.

Since when did this become a rule I have done it numerous times rules where you can't have contract less then bid but when you win bid you basically have been able to have contract length you want within length and amount equal. If was case I obviously would have bid 1 mil

Personally I have no problem with allowing a second year on a minimum bid and encourage it in our 2 money leagues. Dan did not allow it in at least one case this year and apparently that decision was followed in doing the PROFSL spreadsheet. This is something the new commissioner should address.

If you signed him to a 2-year deal then you should have that. You can always give a contract that is MORE than your bid amount.
