The Baltimore Orioles and Oakland A's have agreed to the following deal:

Baltimore will receive

CI Hannahan, Jack, $0.5m (P-2011)
2009 - 7-17 OAK

and

Oakland will receive

P Ray, Chris, $1m (2009)

The Orioles to confirm.

That is the first 7th round pick to be traded.  Picks have now been traded in all 10 rounds except the 6th round. :judge:
