I would like to clarify that Feliz' salary is $5m from 2013 through 2017 even though his 2012 salary is $0.5m.  Please note that I am not claiming him.

Nationals approve. Hoping when Feliz returns, he becomes a stable SP for the duration of his contract. Time will tell.

Thanks Jeff.
