With wells I want all up front I have 16 mil added in 2012 and 14 in each 2013 and 2014 so should be no cap hit to me at all

There will be no cap hit to you but it will reduce what the other team pays.

As a result of the drop:

BOS is on the hook for 16.5M/11M/5.5M
But, LAA is paying for 16M/14M/14M

Result: BOS will be paying for 0.5M in 2012, rest are covered by LAA
LAA will be on the hook for 16M/11M/5.5M.

Wells drop is 18 mil 90% is 16.2 rounded down is 16 not 16.5 this uear
