Effective fairly immediately I will be stepping down as the commish of FGM. It pains me to do so, but due to factors outside of the fantasy realm, I just don't have it in me to give the site the proper nurture it deserves. I am sure Colby will find a more than suitable replacement.

I would like to thank Dan for the great deal of time and hard work he put in as Commissioner.

Wow, sorry to hear this.
-
Sad to see you step down DW, you are still playing in the league right?

I believe, over PM, that Dan is staying with his leagues and just playing as a GM. I surely hope so and thank Dan for his job as Commissioner for the past year. Over FGM's history, Dan has spent about two years on the EC with over half that as Commissioner. I would like to thank him for the great job he has done to keep this #1 league at the top. While I could certainly take it back over, I would prefer to focus my Commissioner abilities on creating new leagues that have less administrative burdens.

Thanks for your work Dan. Sorry to see you leave the job.

Howe, I will be staying on as the GM of the Reds, as well as a member of the RC,TC, and EC. But, with the current time constraints between work, graduate school, infant son, and watching the occasional movie, I cannot give the job as commissioner the proper amount of time and effort it needs and deserves. Daily visits to the site have become increasingly more difficult, and before it becomes problematic, I figured it best that we get someone in here who does have the time that the title requires.

Thanks for all your hard work Dan! :toth:
