Kenny made a rule that we aren't allowed to bid on guys that are signed during the season until the season is over.  Correct me if I'm misinformed.

The rule is for players that sign with MLB after July 2 since that is when the international free agent signing season typically begins.

Thanks for that clarification. I was thinking it was July but couldn't find the rule.

I'll check. I may have announced it after the last revision of the constitution. It would've been a separate thread in the main AFB forum.

It looks like that section got cut off or deleted somehow in the PDF. Under international free agents, there should be something after "The bidding team must provide information on"
