Rays make this move with as we feel it better positions us towards our goal of an AL East title run in 2013. We are giving up some very well-thought of prospects but feel that Adam Jones is on the verge of putting everything together on a consistent basis. As much as we like having our rotation set for the foreseeable future, we could not pass up the chance of fortifying our lineup and OF. 2013 OF now reads Jones/Jennings/Tabata/Marte/Ludwick. We also land some big league depth and a couple of lower-end specs to balance out the numbers. Thanks to Mark for the easy as always talks! :toast:

It hurts to lose Jones but I am selling high on him because I dont think he can keep up this pace. I get 2 of the top pitching prospects, a top MI prospect and a prospect with a high upside who I really like. The other guys are just throw in to level out the 2 sides. I also save some cap in this deal.
