Yankees send:
C Napoli, Mike, $5m (2012)   
Yankees pay 3mil (2012)
CI Morneau, Justin, $13.5m (2013)
Yankees pay 10 mil (2012)
MI Phelps, Cord, $0.5m (P-n/a)
P Feliz, Neftali, $0.5m (2017)   

Red sox make deal to get starting catcher in top 5 and get little younger at CI and
Get a solid when healthy sp/rp
If my calculations correct deal as whole should give Yankees 1.5 in relief

:NYY: confirms this deal we hate to lose Napoli but this gets us closer to under the cap. We add a young and cheap Arencibia, Beachy and wood is solid and cheap. This may or may not be a good deal but I have to do what I have to do to get under the cap.
