Title: New Rule for Minimum Years Contract Extension

To prevent some abuse of giving 1-year deals to big names via contract extensions, the RC (led by Roy :TEX:) has approved this ruling effective after the trade deadline (7-31-10).

Salary - Minmum Years
20m+     5 years
16-20     4 years
11-15     3 years
5-10       2 years
