Title: Halos extend Billy Butler
Post by: Bronx Bombers on June 23, 2010, 03:38:15 PM

CI Butler, Billy, $0.5m (P-2010) agrees to a 3-year $27m deal.  Butler is the 24th ranked CI in 2010 (better than 09) granting him $9m on the contract extension sheet.

New deal =
CI Butler, Billy, $9m (2012)

This is why I traded Lee away to the Pirates a month back.  It created the necessary cash space to sign Butler.
