CI-OF Lee, Carlos, $6m (2013)
X-CI-OF Lee, Carlos, Cash Exchange on Contract through 2012, $-5m in 2012
Twins pay $0.5m this year and $4m next year

Yankees trade
OF Wheeler, Tim, $0.5m (P-n/a)     
P Cecil, Brett, $0.5m (P-2013)

I didnt think I could make the playoffs without giving up all my future so I trade Lee to get some good specs and try to win next year.

:NYY: confirms this deal we do this as we r still going for it this year. this will let us field and entire lineup for the first time all year
