Title: Pittsburgh adjustments

1) Desmond's contract should be $3m (2013) as noted by the intentions of Samuel in October 2011 - http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=36801.msg187925#msg187925.

2) Pittsburgh cuts the following...
P Martin, Ethan, $0.5m (P-n/a)
P Palmer, Matt, $0.5m (P-2012)
