Title: Rockies Open
Post by: Dan Wood on April 18, 2012, 10:28:11 AM
We will now be taking applications for the Colorado Rockies job from internal candidates. 72 hours from now if no one has claimed the team, we will look outside of the league.

For outsiders and insiders alike to the FGM process, we understand that there was a chat posting from the Rockies GM.  However, FGM requires official word of resignation via posting in the league or PM to the EC.  Based on prior inactivity on ProFSL in the past week or so as well as inactivity in Fantrax over the past few weeks, the Rockies GM has already been given notice about inactivity.  If there is no response within about a week of the original message then the Rockies GM will be fired creating an open position in Colorado.  With a few days left, the EC has been efficient with the process by opening up the potential position to internal candidates.  If no one is interested (with eligibility of 1 year of service in FGM) then the position will go public.

This posting was in response to a message received by a fellow league member. However I have spoken with the GM of this team, and the Rockies will not be looking for a GM
