Title: Boston Bruins Extensions

David Krejci, $3.8m (2011-2012) >>> 36th best C in 2010-11 = 4.6m for 3 years.
Shawn Thorton, $0.8m (2011-2012) >>> 57th best LW in 2010-11 = 2m for 2 years.
Johnny Boychuk, $1.9m (2011-2012) >>> 20th best D in 2011-12 = 5.7m for 4 years.

I want these to be true extensions, as in take over next season.  This is how it is done in the NHL but things sometimes are changed.  If the transaction must sit and wait for that time, that is okay too.  I just don't want to have these extensions replace the 2011-2012 contracts.  Thanks for your help Peter!

Wouldn't if they were to sit here to take affect for next season, couldn't the extension values change by the end of the season??

:BOS-NHL: needs to revise these as ext. values have changed since these were posted (to their benefit since extensions as slightly lower)...

i've unlocked and move this thread back to the reg. transactions pg.

Krejci = 47th in 2010-2011 = 4.5m per x 3 years
Thornton = 61st in 2010-2011 = 1.8m per x 2 years
Boychuck = 24th in 2011-2012 = 5.5m per x 4 years

shawn thornton's deal needs to be 3yrs per min/max/yrs values...
Maximum and Minimum Years
<= $1.4m, 2 years
$1.5m - $5.4m, 3 years
$5.5m - $7.9m, 4 years
>=$8m, 5 years (the overall limit)

... some ex-commish's rules... sheesh!  :rool:  :thumbsup:
