Another June 1st Deal

 :OAK: receive
MI Antonelli, Matt, $0.5m (P-n/a)

 :SD: receive
CI Dobbs, Greg, $1.5m (2010)
SP Gee, Dillon, $0.5m (P-n/a)

SD is a Gee fan.  He will get an opportunity, but I was willing to part with for Antonelli.  He is recovering from injury and has faded as a prospect.  I still believe in him, he had a great spring training and could further develop.  Dobbs gives SD an extra CI and is a salary dump for the A's.

SD to confirm, good deal for both.

I approve of this deal.  Antonelli was hurt and I wanted to move him.  He could be awesome but who knows.  I really like Gee and think he can be a solid starter in the MLB, NL for sure.  He's young, cheap and playing now, which is what I need.  Dobbs is another body on the roster, he'll be gone at the end of the year but that's alright.  I like this deal.
