Title: Mat Gamel Signs a Two Year $2m Extension

Gamel is cheaper to extend without having to pay the 4m dollar minimum for the prospect extension.  Instead he is unranked among CI for both 2010 and 2011.  It requires a 1m dollar per year extension.  We will do this for two years!

If he is unranked, then it is for .5 mil for 2 years - starting in 2013
