Title: Padres extend Parra

108th overall in 2010, 40th best in 2011 = 5.5m.  We will be using the 5 year prospect extension and will owe 60% of 5.5m which is 3.3m but since it has to be 4m we will pay the 4m per year!  So that's $20m over 5 years.  Correct?
