River Ryan SP 0.50 2nd
Braylon Doughty SP P
Caden Scarborough SP P

Angels trade:
Miguel Vargas CI 0.50 3rd

Giving up multiple top pitching prospects for desperately needed offense in Vargas who is young and will help me moving forward holding down a CI position.

Angels agree to this deal.

We were shopping our CI depth, but were very reluctant to part with Vargas. The Mets came in with a strong enough package to motivate us to do the deal. Our priority was to add strength to our minor league system, where we currently skew heavily towards hitters. This trio of strong SP's adds some much needed balance to our system.
