Title: Freddy Peralta - SP - Tampa Extension
Post by: Kyle W on January 26, 2026, 02:29:06 PM

Electing to extend Freddy Peralta.

Current contract - $5M 2026

Extension - $10M for 3 years - 2027-29 - $30M total

After witnessing the pitching market this off-season, this is a no brainer to lock him up for the future and not take it to free agency.

Duly noted. Will change on Fantrax when season rolls over to 2027
