Title: Position eligibility

Just a note about position eligibility, especially for those who are new.  There are two common situations where position eligibility may need to be updated:

• all players are eligible for at least one position in this league other than UT. 
• some players may be eligible for a position by playing enough games at a combination of positions ex. 2B & SS for MI

Sometimes we need to override FT to make that happen.  GMs are responsible for analysis and posting in transactions to update a players eligibility.
