I had the Lowe contract wrong, but his 2024 OF Ranking seems to be 83 not 38. I'll still do a $2M extension for 2 years.

Wallner had a lower ranking in 2024 so I was using that number. It looks like his ranking was actually 62 in 2024, so that would be $4M for one year

69 is correct.  That is a $4.0m contract.

OK, but the confusing thing about Fantrax's rank column is that it does not correctly count players that play multiple positions like Dylan Moore or Gavin Lux in the link you sent. Josh Lowe is the 83rd player on that list of OF eligible players ranked by 2024 points, so I have him as the 83rd ranked OF

Fantrax changed the way they incorporate multi players a couple of years ago.  We don't make any adjustments to their list, we just use the list according to how they are ranked when you filter the list by position.
